A: We ship your orders from various international warehouses (USA, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all your items once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customer’s’ order.
A: We ship orders oversea by mail service. After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country’s postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.
A: The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes an average of 3 to 5 business days, however please allow 10-15 business days for shipping to some parts of the US and 15-20 business days for international shipping.
A: We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled out when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive that email.
A: You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment centre of your online shop.
A: Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated. For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find the information about your package, please track again later.
A: Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that the tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
A: When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will completely handle it. Depending on each shipping company’s policy or customs procedure, you might be charged extra fee for final delivery or the import tax, probably due to your shipping address is in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order.
A: We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card, or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.
Every product purchased from us is guaranteed by the manufacturer as set out in their guarantee statement. If your purchase fails in some way within the period stated you may return it to us and we will arrange a refund or replacement subject to conditions below.
The above guarantee does not cover transit, physical damage, damage caused by fire, liquid immersion or spillage. All guarantees are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Able Motion Mobility products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the original customer’s purchase. All warning messages on labels must be adhered to strictly, and regular maintenance procedures must be followed.
The Warranty is effective only if the products or parts of the product have been installed in accordance with Able Motion Mobility’s written recommendations and with established installation practices and by an authorized dealer of Able Motion Mobility. Able Motion Mobility does not assume liability for defective products not manufactured or supplied by it, even though some products are used in conjunction with Able Motion Mobility products. Any and all claims for Warranty adjustments must be originated within the twelve (12) months.
Warranty Registration must be completed & submitted online within the twelve (12) month at warranty.ablemotionmobility.com, for any Warranty claim to be considered.

These programs were established to provide cash payments to disabled drivers for the installation of adaptive equipment in any new vehicle, whether it is purchased outright or leased. A: Many of our products can be installed by a professional mechanic. We also suggest contacting one of the mobility installers located on the NMEDA website to see if they can help or suggest someone in your area. You can also check with your vehicle's manufacture/dealership for assistance.
