Shipping Method
Shipping Method – Ground (smaller items)
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm immediate shipment.
We will send you tracking information within 24-48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@AbleMotionMobility.com.
All Able Motion Mobility products ship within 24-48 hrs from one of our warehouse facilities (weekends and holidays excluded). Our standard shipping method is ground shipping with FedEx, UPS, or USPS priority mail. A delivery signature is not required for ground shipments. The carrier will leave the package at the regular delivery place for your address. You may go to FedEx or UPS website to track your shipment. Occasionally, your package may not be delivered due to weather conditions or a concern for the package's safety. This decision is made by the carrier.
If you are purchasing multiple items, your order may ship from different warehouses and may ship on different dates. We will email you all the tracking associated with your shipment once the item ships from the warehouse.
Returns
All returns should be returned to our corporate warehouse and office. Please reach out to support@AbleMotionMobility.com before returning any item. If there is an issue with the product we will provide a shipping label for you or support if applicable. If you have just changed your mind or decided to cancel your order you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once you have shipped the item please send the tracking number information to our team at support@AbleMotionMobility.com so we can keep an eye out for your package. Once received, we will issue a refund according to our Cancellations and Refunds Policy below. Ship all returns to the following:

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive; if you notice any damage, you should make note of it if signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@AbleMotionMobility.com, and you will need to process an insurance claim with the shipping carrier.
Cancellations & Refunds
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
